Dear Neighbors,
Just a quick update. Thank you to Grover Meyrose for volunteering to serve as Treasurer.
Thank you to Michelle Comeau who is making a flyer to post on the Telephone poles.
Thank you to Lynne Iantorno who is helping Vince with the website.
Thank you to Carole Heinrich who is mailing everyone on the hillside asking them to sign up. Watch for her letter!
Thank you to Grover Meyrose, Vince Hunt, Sharon Miller, Christian Theyer, Lucy Moore, Julie Brooks, Wayne Smutz, Megan Stauffer, Martin Wegenstein, and Jesse Markham for volunteering your home for the wildfire risk assessment and filling in the Self Assessment Form available on the website.
Thank you to Vince Hunt for organizing the results of the Wildfire Risk Assessment and continued work on the website.
Thank you to everyone that gave us feedback on the Action Plan.
Thank you to Mollie ONeal who has volunteered to help with fundraising. She can use a few more helpers!

Thank you to Grover Meyrose and Dale McInturf for volunteering for home hardening and defensible space resources.

And please let me know who needs to be included in my next thank you list! I truly hope that I have not forgotten even one person.
Next steps:
Vince, Grover and I are working on submitting the firewise application.
Big push to get more neighbors signed up on the website. We have about 50 of the approximately 150 homes signed up.
Smaller neighborhood meetings are encouraged to discuss the Action Plan. You are on your own to organize these.
Keep up the good work on hardening your own home and reducing fuels.
Please go to the website and document your work hours spent on home hardening and fuel reduction during 2022. We need this for the application.
Fill out the Home Self Assessment Form on the website.
Eventually start talking about plans for a fall meeting at the Community Center. Volunteers needed to organize this!
